Adam White | Writer
Adam White serves MWF in writing curriculum and helping teach courses for the Launch and Lead program. He has previously served as a Prior for the Epworth communities and contributed as a writer for various Missional Wisdom publications.
Adam holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in History from the University of North Texas, a Masters of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology, and a Diploma in Theology of Ministry from the University of Cambridge in England.
He is a commissioned Deacon in the North Texas Conference and pursuing ordination in the United Methodist Church. When he is not working for the foundation, he also holds a position at Grace United Methodist Church as Minister of Discipleship where he works with young adults, worship planning, and small group programing. Grace UMC is the anchor church connected to Bonhoeffer, where Adam had lived for five years in intentional Christian community.
Rooted in his admiration for Wesleyan history and theology, Adam has a passion for modernly living into the transformational nature that John Wesley and the people called Methodists begun with as they lived in a grace-filled tension between building deeper faith communities within and outside of the local church. When not working, Adam loves to spend time with his amazing partner Blair, play soccer, and cycle around the Dallas area.
